Excellent Stay Experience
heated floor automated blind nespresso coffee ample closet
The room had nice features. Heated bathroom floors were a plus, also automated blinds and drapes were installed. I found in-room Nespresso coffee and ample closet space. The space was useful for clothes. Staff at check-in were efficient and professional.
The AC was not cooling effectively! I reported it on the first night. It was not fixed during my entire stay.

The hotel provides water bottles to guests. The gym is available to use. Frette bathrobes are provided. I saw motorized blackout curtains in the room. They operated smoothly.

The front desk staff were very attentive. They provided excellent service. The concierge addressed my needs with urgency. The staff offered water to guests, which I found very considerate.

mixed feelings about this stay.
no smart tv dirty windows
the tv was definitely a letdown. it's surprising for such a place to not have smart tvs, especially when charging so much per night. the windows were also not clean, which detracted from the experience, and the view.

A Romantic Retreat
heated floor super clean room electric blinds
The bathroom included heated floors, and this felt luxurious after a long day. I found the room super clean with modern fixtures. The bed had all the comforts of home. I appreciated that. I also liked the electric blinds with complete darkness for a peaceful sleep.
The gym got quite busy sometimes, particularly with residents.

Our Luxury King Room featured modern amenities. The design was stylish. The room included a mini-fridge and a well-stocked bar. The bed was comfortable. The attention to detail made for a romantic atmosphere.

The hotel features Moretti cafe and restaurant on site. This added convenience was nice. I found Moretti easily located, this made dining simple. The availability of good food without leaving the premises was valuable.

decent hotel but some hiccups
faulty air conditioning inadequate service
the room was clean enough i suppose.
The air conditioning was not working properly, and it made the room really uncomfortable. i reported it several times, but they didn't really fix the problem . the room just got warmer. They only offered me a fan on my last night when the hotel was full, but that didn't help much.

Really good Stay at This Gem!
spacious bathroom friendly staff secure parking
The room was massive. It surpassed my expectations from the photos online! The bathroom was also quite spacious, clean, and fully equipped. I found the staff friendly and very accommodating. I also really appreciated the basement parking. It felt secure and was reasonably priced.
The check-out process, it was not smooth at all due to payment issues, I found it a bit stressful.

The hotel boasts a central position and provides easy walking access to several attractions. I reached both the tower and arena without difficulty. It was convenient and saved a lot of time.

The hotel staff were helpful and kind. They even addressed me in French. They recommended several excellent restaurants, which I greatly appreciated and found to be very useful .

My room featured modern decor, up-to-date amenities, and lots of storage space. The sheets and comforter were nice. The large pillows ensured restful nights! Electronic blind controls are installed beside the bed for convenience.
